Roaming Hill Tentacle Beast

The Roaming Hill Tentacle Beast is a fantasy creature I made up for fun.

This creature has given travelers that travel by foot or horse many scares and a few never returned. Parents tell their kids to stay at home for they fear this beast will kill anyone beyond the village. These posters have been put up and many villages and the reward price keeps increasing in hopes that there are people that can get rid of the beast.

This is what it says on the poster itself:
"Warning

Roaming Hill Tentacle Beast spotted in the nearby hilly meadow. Many believe that this beast is the cause of most disappearances that has been happening. This creature mimic grassy hill as it waits for wandering travelers. If traveling alone in a meadow keep a look out for:
1. hard shell covered with thin green hairs that look like grass
2. feathery green legs that look like bushes
3. a major give away, its two eyes that look like two sunflowers that may stare at anybody that comes close to it
If one gets to close they should try to avoid its tentacles for they contain a poison that can make a person become limp at touch. If anyone can get rid of this beast, the reward is 900 gold."

Some believe that it does not really on site alone but that it could sense peoples footsteps though the ground. It seems to strike at dawn and dusk but never in the rain. So if you do decide to wander at dawn or dusk in a meadow, just beaware you may be its next victim.
